Russel Hotel Stat I was quite surprised when I arrived at the hotel, it was very clean and the staff were helpful. Unfortunately, I could only stay one night of the two nights I book because I hurt my back badly, unfortunately they don’t refund me for the second night. Breakfast was also very good. Will stay there again.

Our family stay The rooms are big enough and accomodated my entire family nicely.

There is a smell more like a wet uncleaned carpet in the rooms which was really unpleasant.
Breakfast is also not the best but palatable.

Busi the superstar 🌟 I stayed one night at Russell Hotel. I’m actually a Knysna local but moved out of my house and was inbeween moving. Busi is amazing!! The Lady at the front desk she actually does everything checked me in, took me to my room, explained everything, greeted me by name when I arrived and in the morning when I came down for breakfast. She helped me carry my bags & she organized breakfast for me. What a super star employee!! Happy, friendly, helpful. The Russell Hotel is blessed to have her. The room was lovely breakfast included always a bonus 😊😊 Yay for Busi!!

Two night stay at your hotel I noted the air conditioner wasn't heating to the appropriate temperature. The mattress wasn't comfortable, it is hollow in the middle section. Everything else was fine.

Stay at Russel Hotel The beds are very hard impacting the sleep quality. Woke up with my back acking. Other than that I like everything about the hotel.

Russel Hotel My review of Russel Hotel is very good, I enjoyed my stay there from the first time I was there. This was my second visit at Russel Hotel and I completely enjoyed my stay.
