The stay was very comfortable the rooms clean and good facilities and a very good breakfast ..loved the stay overall

It is fine for a one-night stopover. Secure parking. Classic breakfast, not European. Close enough to the famous women.

Awesome stay Room very clean and spacious.
The breakfast was delicious .
The only fall there was no basin plug and no hairdryer
Bedding was clean and the bedding was nice and comfortable .

Great stay at The Russel Hotel Such a nice gem in Knysna. My family and I stayed for 2 nights at The Russel Hotel. Nice quiet location, the room was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly. The manager Busi was really helpful. Close to the Knysna main road /shops and waterfront. Would definitely come back to this hotel !

Awesome Stay Place clean and neatly. Location perfect in town. Breakfast very nice, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Overnight stay Efficient check-in. Friendly manageress. Clean rooms and bedding. Tea station well stocked. Complimentary water provided. Toiletries were adequate. Working aircons. 1 of the 3 rooms booked had a shower in the bath tub-danger of slipping! Breakfast was great! Overall, very good value for money.

Russel hotel Pleasant stay. Busi is brilliant and very accommodating.

Breakfast was good however, i felt like service was abit slow and we had to wait for our meals.

excellent value for money The room was quite spacious for three adults. It had one large double bed and two single beds. The bathroom was very large. Breakfast was à la carte. The location was excellent, close to the town center.
