Very good It a very nice cosy place especially if you also want to take your family. The only thing I did not like or was not impressed with was it breakfast I was expecting a full English breakfast. They need to improve on their breakfast menu but everything was perfect.

A great place for the price ! The Russel was clean , neat and tidy.
The room had everything including a bar fridge and microwave, as well as coffee/tea .
The bathroom was big and nice.
The bed was comfortable.
The breakfast was good.

Russel review A fairly comfortable stay. Nice double bed, kettle for coffee, spacious bathroom and shower.
However, wifi didnt work, tv only had basic channels, and air quality in the room was poor despite me opening windows. The next morning i woke with a bad headache.

Unprepared & unprofessional The place is unprofessional & unprepared I fail to understand how can they still preparing the room past check in time 14h00. I had to demand & search for my breakfast that's unprofessional my day with your property was disaster to me honest with you, I really think you guys must go back to drawing board

a good stay Near the Board walk and the city. Clean rooms and Environment, also breakfast early in the morning.
Only Problems with elektrizity

Noisy as room lacked a proper door to help with sound proofing My room was located near the reception area and the room had a sliding door which provided no sound proofing so I heard every interaction that took place including a guest banging on another door at 6.30am. The room was in need of a lot maintenance as the wood on the door frame was missing, there was a crack on the outside of the toilet cistern and water pressure in the shower was low. There was no toilet paper in the room and only one towel which isn’t great.

Great Hosts Absolutely loved my time. Pleasant experience with pleasant people. The showers amazing and the bed is very warm.

Great family stay at The Russel Guesthouse My kids enjoyed their stay at the guesthouse, the stuff was so friendly and helpful. The fact that we could walk to the beach was a bonus.
